Rob Whitworth contacted us to let us know that he just released a wonderful time lapse of Kuala Lumpur.

Kuala Lumpur: Super-modern buildings juxtaposed with various cultural enclaves and with a little of Asia’s chaos thrown in. My time lapse explores how the city changes from day to night highlighting how spaces dramatically alter during the course of a few hours.

It took him 5 months and over 400 hours of solid work with 4 cameras (40 shoots. 640 gigabytes of data. 19,997 photographs). Many shots were taken from the Menara Maybank building in the center of Kuala Lumpur. Watch the video below, or watch a bigger version of the KL time lapse at Vimeo.
